Let's get this straight: The Walt Disney Company would never be able to acquire WarnerMedia. However, if AT&T never acquired TimeWarner and 21st Century Fox was never sold to Disney, maybe it could've happened. Let's take a look at some possibilities...

*** Disney would continue making traditional animated films while making CGI films.

**** ''Tangled'', ''Brave'' (which would been produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios in this AU), ''Frozen'', ''Moana'' and ''The Greatest Showman'' (which would've been produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios as an animated film in this AU) would've been still be computer animated.

**** In this AU, Disneytoon Studios would remaining open and have co-produced ''Ralph Breaks the Internet'' and ''Frozen II'' while Walt Disney Animation Studios remains co-producing and animating the sequels.

** The Gene Deitch-directed ''Tom and Jerry'' shorts for Rembrandt Films ended up to be made in this alternate universe at Warner Bros. Cartoons by Hanna, Barbera, Jones, Freleng and McKimson, retaining the duo's original style.

*** Also, in this alternative universe, Jones was never fired from Warner Bros. and his ''Tom and Jerry''shorts were made at DePatie-Freleng Enterprises.

** Tiny Toon Adventure would’ve been lasted from 1990-1998, followed by Looniversity in 1999-present.

*** Donald Duck and Goofy’s apprentices.

** Some of the characters appeared in ''Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law''.

** In this reality, the ''Tom and Jerry'', Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Muppets, ''Droopy'' and Hanna-Barbera characters in Mickey Mouse/''Looney Tunes: Laff Riot'' have these changes:

*** Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Yogi, Boo-Boo, Cindy, Ranger Smith, Huck, Pixie & Dixie, Mr. Jinks, Tom, Jerry, Butch, Spike and Tyke, as well as Wile E. Coyote (who would be able to speak), live with Bugs, Daffy and Speedy.

*** Droopy is Porky's roommate.

*** Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey are famous entertainers.

*** McWolf is a recurring character, commonly adopting various aliases to fool Bugs, Daffy, Yogi, Boo-Boo and Cindy (ala The Red Guy from Cow and Chicken), but he is always arrested.

*** Dick Dastardly and his three henchmen Muttley, Klunk and Zilly are recurring villains.

** Marvel and DC would have acquired both by Disney and Warner Bros. if this happens, which would make the ''Looney Tunes'' characters parody both companies' characters in numerous TV specials, films, shows and amongst others.

*** In addition, Marvel uses the rights to Disney and all of their characters if this happened as well as the pre-MCU would exist in 1994 before continue with MCU in 2008.

** Due to the fact that Disney owns ''The Muppets'' and ''Bear in the Big Blue House'', along with Pixar, DC Comics and Turner which are also owned by Warner Bros. in the AU:

*** Disney and Warner Bros. would team up to own Sesame Workshop and The Jim Henson Company in Rest of June 1993

** ''Scooby-Doo'' (2002) and ''Scoob!'' (2020) would have been combined into one single film the same former name, ''Scooby-Doo'', that would came out in May 15, 2002, making the CGI design style for Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo more identical to Hanna Barbera's artwork, much like our real Scoob!.

*** Dick Dastardly, Dee Dee, Blue Falcon, Dynomutt, Captain Caveman, and Muttley would appear in ''Scooby-Doo'' (2002).

**** In addition, Dick Dastardly and Muttley (from ''Wacky Races'') would have been antagonists of ''Scooby-Doo'' (2002) instead of Scrappy-Doo.

** ''The Banana Splits Movie'' would have been the theatrical G-rated animated comedy film instead of being the TV R-rated live-action horror film.

**** The Splits would have been humans in costumes, like the original, instead of animatronics, and would strongly resemble the original 1968 counterpart.

***** They would have been protagonists of the film, making Harley, Zoey, and Austin the side characters of the film.

**** Horror violence, swearing, and gore would never be in it.

**** HDTVs and Cellphones would never be in it.

**** Also, Dastardly and Muttley would have been antagonists in ''The Banana Splits Movie'' instead.

Let's get this straight: The Walt Disney Company would never be able to acquire WarnerMedia. However, if AT&T never acquired TimeWarner and 21st Century Fox was never sold to Disney, maybe it could've happened. Let's take a look at some possibilities...

Changes

  • All Warner Bros. assets would've been owned by Disney since June 2018.
  • TimeWarner and The Walt Disney Company would've merged into WarnerDisney
  • Marvel Entertainment would've been folded into DC Entertainment
    • Marvel Comics would've become an imprint of DC Comics
    • Amalgam Comics would've revived as a second incarnation
    • Marvel Studios would've become a division of DC Films
    • Amalgam Pictures would've launch as a division of DC Films
  • Disney+ & HBO Max would never existed, WB+ would launch as a streaming service in 2018 instead of 2019.
  • WarnerDisney would've buy MGM Holdings.
