Super Mario Bros. is a 2004 American action adventure comedy film based on the video game of the same name. The film was directed by Tim Burton and Sam Raimi and released in September 2004 by Paramount Pictures.

The film combines computer animation with live-action filming.

Upon release, the film had received positive reviews from critics and fans, who praised the performances (particularly those of Mario and Luigi), music, filming, and overall production design.
