Even though this is the second episode of the show, it is episode 5 in production order.

Meanwhile, Jenny finds a new imaginary friend named "Hewagwon" who is not very imaginative but is pretty intelligent.

9 "Mac Daddy" October 6, 2000 One morning, Mac wakes up to find that he is unintentionally created another imaginary friend named Cheese. Madame Foster allows the same rules as there are for Bloo, but Bloo does not approve of his new brother. After many attempts to get rid of him, Cheese disappears on his own. Bloo realizes that Foster's could be a very dangerous place for one so stupid as Cheese.

10 "Bloooo" October 13, 2000 Bloo and Mac enjoy playing with each other in the mud, but when it is raining, they get sick. As Mac is taken home by Frankie, Bloo misses out on the scary movie the friends planned to watch that night. When Wilt, Eduardo, and Coco begin to believe that the ghost in the movie is real, they mistake a pale Bloo to be the ghost. Meanwhile, Frankie gets locked out of the house in the rain after dropping off Mac and, as she tries to get back in by risking her own life, feels she is being stalked by something hiding in the dark.

14 "It's a Foster's Christmas" December 22, 2000 It's Christmas time in Toonvile, so Bloo and various other characters are gathering and preparing to celebrate. But little do they know that the Pumpkin King is out to conquer Christmas, and he's bringing some monstrous help. Jenny is unwittingly programmed for evil against her will by a spoiled child named Todd Sweeney, who uses her to ruin the holidays for all of Toonville up until his plan to eliminate Christmas, as the Foster's Gang and Jack the Pumpkin King must stop Todd, The Grinch, and Black Hiver, if they don't save it, could mark the end of Christmas forever and it's not going to be a Merry Christmas for anyone!, Meanwhile Bob and Larry celebrate Christmas.

After a film about the dead bombs at the box office, the characters of the movie seek to take revenge and move from the film's universe into reality so that they can kill everyone who did not see the film or rated it poorly. Bloo and Mac, who hated the film, must kill the characters and save the town.

17 "Who Let the Dogs In?" February 23, 2001. After Eduardo finds a puppy when he was taking out the trash, he decides to keep it, despite the fact that dogs are not permitted inside the house due to Mr. Herriman suffering from a fear of dogs. However, despite Eduardo's best efforts, the dog gets loose and starts causing problems that Eduardo takes the blame for in fear of the puppy being found out.

18 "Seeing Red" March 9, 2001. Terrence has an idea to make up a square friend named Red to beat Bloo up with so he can bully Mac to his heart's content, but the friend he creates is friendly instead of being mean and violent.

20 "Good Wilt Hunting Part 1" March 23, 2001. it is time for the Annual Creator Reunion Picnic, where imaginary friends' creators come to Foster's to see their former friends. One friend's creator, however, is missing: Wilt's. Wilt, believing that his creator is still mad at him for a past let-down, sets off on a cross-country journey to set things straight as Bloo and the rest of the Foster's Gang have to find Wilt. All future reruns and home video releases have the two parts combined into one movie.

22 "Good Wilt Hunting Part 2" April 20, 2001 Mac, Bloo, and Frankie, along with Eduardo and his creator Officer Nina Valerosa and Coco and the two scientists who discovered her, set out to find Wilt and bring him back home. This episode is alternatively known as "Still Good Wilt Hunting". Said name is sometimes used in international airings and some TV listings. Future airings and all home video releases combine both parts into one movie.

23 "Animal Love" August 27, 2001 Mac has a chemistry assignment, in which me must get two animals to mate with each other using chemical means. He cannot do it, so he seeks help from a tutor from the black market. Unfortunately, the tutor makes a genetical clone of Mac that destroys the town.

25A "Room With A Feud" May 11, 2001 When a recent adoption leaves a room at Foster's vacant, The Gang compete for Mr. Herriman and Frankie's approval to win the room as part of a contest that gets even trickier when a mysterious teleportation device is found within the room by Wilt. The original script for this episode involved Bloo and Jenny switching genders (and in an earlier stage swapping bodies), but this was scrapped because it would distract from the main plot of the episode.

25B "The Sweet Stench of Success" May 11, 2001 When Bloo becomes jealous of Eduardo and the other friends for appearing on TV, he pretends to be a very sick friend in order to appear, despite the fact that it is only for friends up for adoption. A Hollywood agent named Kip Snip soon turns him into a star, but starts to treat him badly and won't let him see Mac.

26A "Prank Callers" April 1st, 2001 Mac and Bloo make prank calls, but this accidentally leads them to a bunch of antics that end up worsening the conditions at the house, taking away most of Herriman's money and bringing a bunch of flushed toons into the house.

But when the gang tries to pack at the last second, everyone has delays that make them later and later; Frankie is making sure that Madame Foster can take care of the house while everyone is gone, though all she wants to do is break the rules, which is tempting to Bloo. 6 "My So Called Wife" A rich benefactor is considering giving money to a charity, and visits Foster's to see if it is worthy. Mr. Herriman gets Mac and Bloo to keep Coco out of the way, but in the end, it is only when the benefactor mistakes Coco as Mr. Herriman's wife that he considers Foster's, and invites them to his mansion where he will decide which charity gets the money. Mr. Herriman then tries to teach Coco to be sophisticated, while Mac and Frankie teach Bloo sarcasm, since he does not understand that Mr. Herriman was being sarcastic when he and Mac were promised jet cars. 7a "Dinner Is Swerved" When Mac visits Foster's, Bloo wants to show him something up on the roof, though when it is time for them to go back downstairs, they find themselves lost and unable to get downstairs. Meanwhile, everyone in the dining room sneaks food when Mr. Herriman is not looking after he insists they wait for Bloo to arrive before eating dinner. November 16, 2001 This episode is shorter than normal paired episodes, at 7 minutes.

7b "Crime After Crime" Mr. Herriman becomes addicted to carrots, and hid carrots all around the house. Mr. Herriman blames everyone who lives in the house for rules that don't exist in order to retrieve the carrots without being found out, and sends them all to their rooms without supper while he looks for a place to hide his carrot fix. Meanwhile, Frankie and Madame Foster, due to the lack of carrots, have no choice but to make a meal called "It", a disgusting dish with no name for dinner. After seeing what the said dish looks like and how it's made, Bloo does not want to eat "It" because it smells terrible and tries everything he can think of to get in trouble so that Mr. Herriman will send him to his room without any supper, as he did to the other friends. But Mr. Herriman doesn't because Bloo's antics actually help the desperate rabbit. Bloo goes so far as to put banana peels on the stairs to make Herriman slip and fall down the stairs, and filling Herriman's office with Gelatin-O (a parody of Jell-O), but much to his fury, Mr. Herriman doesn't punish him.

Meanwhile, down in the Foster's kitchen, Frankie tries to make the dish numerous times, but people keep jumping on Madame Foster's bed upstairs, causing the ceiling in the kitchen to crack and spackle to fall into the dish messing up the recipe, resulting in Madame Foster smacking Frankie's hand with a wooden spoon and causing Frankie to get frustrated.

Eduardo catches Herriman trying to dispose of his carrot fix by burning them, and Coco, hearing about it, steals his carrots. Herriman calls the cops, who think that his "hundred carrots" are actually "karats" (an assumed diamond robbery). Coco forces Mr. Herriman to write a written apology. Herriman is caught with diamonds and is sent to prison. Wilt joins him because he was trying to find a punishment for him breaking the rules that Herriman made up. Bloo is forced to eat the "It" Frankie made and doesn't enjoy it at all.

11B "Cookie Dough" When Foster's needs a new roof, Bloo bakes up a plan to sell Madame Foster's amazing cookies after his first attempt at selling lemonade in the middle of winter fails. When they finally get enough money to buy a new roof, Bloo gets a "little" carried away, but this craziness further becomes bigger as he wants to become rich and make all the imaginary friends his servants. Meanwhile, Frankie eats all the cookies she can find, for she's crazy for them. (The ending credits briefly show that she's gotten fat from her near constant eating.)

12b "House Expense" After sneaking money from Mr. Herriman's safe into his room in the residence, Bloo decides to use the money he stole to add upgrades to Foster's, leading to disarray and Herriman going into poverty (compared to his money prior to Bloo stealing it). 13 "Make Believe It Or Not" In her sleep, Goo accidentally creates all the villain characters from a make believe game that she had helped out on while the power was out at the home during a thunderstorm, who then imprison Mac and Bloo at the home. 15 "Save The Date" Bloo wants to bring Jenny on a date one Friday night, but they end up having to go to a hotel. In order to go past the anti-artifical life policies introduced in Raggedy Android, Bloo poses as Deo (with Jenny being a trade show demo), and ends up staying in the suite of a filmmaker named Don Swartz. They accidentally discover many workprints and pieces of intentionally lost media. The two attempt to destroy their finds, but they end up in a series of random events (including a chase with the Flushed Toons [who want to preserve the film], a trip to another country and a sleepover). Bloo later tapes the film over with "Funny Money Chummy Runny Bunny The Mummy The Money Movie", as Don reveals once Bloo exchanges the film reel for Jenny (who was being held hostage). They come home, deciding not to go on another public date for a while.

Meanwhile, Wilt is caught in a series of false rumors and must get his way out of them.

16 "Bloo Wars" When Bloo finds out a Star Wars film is coming out, him, Mac, Jose, Wilt, Eduardo, Coco, and Frankie, go to see it. They sneak into the theatre playing the film early, only to notice the projecter wasn’t working. They try fixing the projector, but that sucks them into the Death Star. There, they meet the craziest imaginary friends ever, as the Death Star is filled to the brim with imaginary friends. Bloo and the Foster’s Gang need to help the Rebels and escape the Death Star in time before it explodes and do all of it before the movie plays at the time they were supposed to arrive.

Meanwhile, Cheese tries going to the film with the gang, but he can’t because he’s so dumb he can’t take in the events of the movie. Cheese hangs out with Madame Foster, Mr. Herriman, Never-Leave Steve and the rest of the characters and friends living at the home.

17B "Frankie My Dear" Frankie is left neck-deep in paperwork when she wants to go out with her friends on Friday night, so Mac tells her he'll file the paperwork for her. Overjoyed by this, Frankie calls him "the best" and kisses him on the cheek. Mac then develops a huge crush on Frankie, and later, Bloo does too. The two start competing for her love the next day as Frankie is unusually happy about the previous night, mentioning how she met the man of her dreams. Soon they realize her unnamed suitor is neither of them, and Mac and Bloo become jealous, trying to thwart every guy she comes in contact with, namely Chris (a pizza guy), Prince Charming (an imaginary friend), and her real date, Dylan, who takes her to a fancy restaurant for their date. Mac, Bloo, Prince Charming, and Chris form a team- and a master plan to get Frankie's new boyfriend. February 14, 2002

17C "Bye Bye Nerdy" After beating Mac's high score in a video game, Bloo goes to rub it in his face at school, but is horrified when he comes to the conclusion that Mac is a nerd. When Mac arrives, Bloo quickly works to make Mac cool, but none of their ideas work. Just as Mac says he doesn't care about being cool, the coolest kid in the school, Jamez Withazee tells him that the fact that he doesn't want to be cool, makes him cool, and invites him to 'The Rock.' Since Mac takes up this offer and is not at Foster's at 3 o' clock, Mr. Herriman is very quick to ensure that Bloo gets adopted. February 28, 2002
