Bloo Media is a media company owned by Verizon Media (through MTV Networks), WarnerMedia, MBS Corp, RTL Group, and ITV plc. The company owns The Bloo, Blootoons, Coco, Cross, and Keyboard channels, as well as a 50% interest in the Canadian television network Teletoon.

In April 2003, when Time Warner (through HBO)'s stake in Comedy Partners was bought out by Viacom, a new company was formed named The Bloo Partners, which, at the time, was a joint venture between Viacom (1951-2005), Mutual Broadcasting-Cinemark Theaters, and AOL Time Warner.
